FindaProperty.com unveils a new look to its site

Thursday 27 July 2006

FindaProperty.com, the leading online property portal in and around London, unveils a new look to its site.
Following extensive research, FindaProperty.com’s re-design builds on the site’s already successful features and offers a more effective and tailored service for consumers and advertisers alike.
With its user base up by over 50% in the last year, FindaProperty.com’s success in the online property market is well-charted. One of the first online property sites in the UK, FindaProperty.com started out in 1997 as a one-person company and today generates an ROI of over 850% for agents listing on the site. The site is used by 70% of agents in and around London and creates the industry’s highest number of responses per property* from its 2 million unique users who generate 120 million page impressions** and over 400,000 email and telephone enquiries to agents per month.
FindaProperty.com’s re-designed site lays the ground for a highly targeted expansion plan. Manchester will be the first to benefit from FindaProperty.com’s extensive online property expertise, with further northern regions set to be added in the coming months.
These individual roll-outs will be supported through expanded marketing activity incorporating regional radio, outdoor campaigns, national and regional press as well as online & search engine marketing. FindaProperty.com will also be running an extensive marketing campaign in the Daily Mail group titles – Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Evening Standard, Metro as well as the paper supplements – You, Live and Property.
As part of this awareness drive, FindaProperty.com will be hand delivering new branded materials to all of its registered estate agents within London. London and the home counties will also benefit from FindaProperty.com branded taxis, bus advertising, London Underground advertising and radio promotions on Magic, Southern and Invicta FM.
FindaProperty.com’s re-brand and redesign will work along side this marketing activity to help ensure FindaProperty.com continues to build its brand awareness in new and existing areas and deliver the quality response it is known for.
Agents will benefit from a cleaner and easier to use site, aimed at generating further enquiries and valuation instructions. In addition to this, agents will also benefit from complete reporting which will include all telephone and email enquiries to demonstrate how many responses come through advertising on the FindaProperty.com site. This will include the addition of traceable 0845 numbers, which will help agents to measure their return on investment more comprehensively.
Practical information and advice has also been enhanced to provide detailed information about historical price data and advanced guides to buying and selling property. To ensure users can find this information quickly, all relevant data and content information is now accessible on the same page.
David Garratt, CEO of FindaProperty.com, comments, “The new site design builds on FindaProperty.com’s success to date, setting new standards for ease of use, search and navigation capabilities, editorial content and forward technical thinking. Our close work with estate agents and consumers places us in a unique position to understand how the property market is developing, which we have applied to our site re-design.
“All this places FindaProperty.com in the perfect position for a targeted expansion, working with the new site design to maximise our chances of recreating ours and our advertisers’ successes in London and the South East.”
